I help trauma survivors deepen their connection to themselves and others. My intention is to create a warm and supportive space where we can explore your vast inner world and deepen your self-awareness with curiosity and compassion. I value being attuned, deeply understanding, and relational. I am trained in EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and TIST (parts work). I work from a decolonized lens and utilize mindfulness, somatic, and expressive art practices.
