Janson works with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, addiction, anxiety, grief and more. Janson has worked with children and adolescents age 8 - 17 in a crisis setting focusing on a variety of issues (Anger, Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal Ideation, etc.) He also has experience working with college students dealing with burnout, relationship issues, social anxiety etc. Janson believes that therapy is different for each individual and as such should be flexible. He believes that trust and hard work are the core elements of counseling.
