I specialize in mental health, Addictions, grief, trauma, anger management, self-esteem issues. I approach counseling with empathy and understanding. I strive to help individuals heal and become the best version of themselves. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based treatments such as psychotherapy, the cognitive-behavioral therapy model and mindfulness strategies to conquer life's obstacles, learn new skills and gain insight.
