I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with dual master's degrees in Social Work and Criminology. I believe in providing a non-judgmental and conversational atmosphere with an open and honest dialogue. I have extensive history working with teens and adults. I typically work with individuals experiencing school/work stress, marriage or family difficulties, poor communication, lifestyle transitions, adjusting to college, or graduating college. Discussing topics you don't feel comfortable talking about with others can be difficult. I am here to support, empower, and assist you in overcoming obstacles to become your true self. I have provided counseling to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, LGBTQIA+ challenges, relationship issues, or were involved in the criminal justice system. I use a combination of Narrative, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused therapy strategies, depending on which fits the client's needs. I also like to use humor, Art Therapy, or Mindfulness.
