I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based in Southern California. I received my MA in Marital and Family Therapy at Alliant International University, and I have been practicing therapy for the past five years. The primary topics I work on with my clients are grief, anxiety, trauma, and depression. And, I use Compassion-Based, Faith-Based, CBT, and Narrative therapy to guide my clients toward healing.
