I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in the Denver Metro area, credentialed through DORA. With over 13 years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse, co-occurring mental health disorders, psychosis, justice involvement, and domestic violence. I primarily employ cognitive-behavioral therapy and draw from additional approaches—including solution-focused, family systems and rational-emotive therapies—to best support each client’s unique needs. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space for those facing addiction, substance use, and co-occurring mental health challenges. I also offer forensic services and have experience working with those involved in intimate partner violence. I utilize psychoeducation, adaptive skill-building, and evidence-based care to meet client needs and identified goals.
