Hi, I'm Jared - a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/LMHC/LPC who's passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I have spent over 20 years in the field working with a wide range of individuals, challenges, and clinical needs. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to help clients from diverse backgrounds, ages and life situations, which has given me a deep understanding of the many ways people struggle and the many ways in which they can heal. There are times in our lives when patterns that once served us well begin to inhibit us from moving forward and progressing. My goal is to identify these patterns, provide insight into their origins, and work with you to build a healthier and more enjoyable way of living.
