I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Idaho w/ over 19 years of experience working w/ children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families seeking support with an array of personal and/ or relationship challenges. I have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for helping clients resolve trauma. I take a strength-based approach in teaching (DBT) mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional awareness-building, & relationship effectiveness training. I also use cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, & emotionally-focused approaches to help clients find their version of change.
