Curiosity, not judgment about the ADHD, Anxiety, or current struggle—helping you uncover the strengths and wisdom already inside you even with ADHD Anxiety Depression Addiction Relationships. Together we look at what no longer works and what might be added—an idea, a skill, or a new way of seeing yourself even a behavior change. I trust that your life can work for you again, and therapy is the place where we begin to rediscover how, whether its quitting porn, addictions, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD Relationships. I help people uncover what’s missing or blocked so life can work again. My approach is grounded in safety, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story.
