My experience in the mental health field is varied and includes victim outreach work, crisis intervention, serious mental illness, as well as individuals with developmental disabilities. My current focus is on anxiety, depression, and trauma, but I am passionate about providing mental health services to a variety of populations aged 19 and older. I have special interests in psychotherapy for chronic illnesses, humor in counseling, philosophy in counseling, and providing support for other professionals in helping fields.
