I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I work with adults college age and up (via telehealth), and specialize in helping people feel heard, valued, and supported as they overcome challenges with relationships, better manage their anxiety/depression, and want to make positive changes in their lives. My work is LGBTQIA + inclusive. Please note: at this time I am not working with clients experiencing suicidality or addiction. I typically work with adults who are looking to make changes in their lives, challenge themselves, and change daily routines, and perspectives.
