I believe that paramount to client success is client-empowerment. The bedrock of my practice is based upon cultivating a therapeutic relationship that focuses on utilizing transparence, authenticity, responsibility, spirituality, empathy and compassion. I work with the client to: remove obstacles to growth; illuminate curiosity and awareness of self and environment; enable practices for healthy and effective communication with others; investigate and better understand pervasive, harmful or disturbing thoughts; identify unhealthy or maladaptive habits; and begin to address and heal from trauma(s).
