Building insight in therapy is important, but that alone is not enough. Knowledge must be followed by Experience. As artificial intelligence rapidly enters our lives, leaning into what makes our human spaces uniquely human is a privilege and obligation. Being the imperfect, vulnerable creatures we are, we often find ourselves frustrated and confused as to why "knowing" what we need to do to grow doesn't always translate to growth. Complex emotions, judgements, beliefs & memories influence our minds in ways often undetected.
