About
My mission as a counselor is to meet every client where they are in their journey of life with the hopes of being able to aid them with tools to navigate appropriately through life. I use a holistic therapeutic approach with the overall goal in mind to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves regarding their spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well-being, coupled with approaches ranging from Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I have worked in the correctional and probation sectors for over 7 years, addressing different issues from all walks of life which has equipped me to be able to maneuver and thrive within the mental health profession. My specialties include: Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Self Esteem, Depression, Boundary Setting, Behavioral Issues, and Men's Issues.
