My name is Jarred Stevens, and I'm a licensed mental health counselor, in Massachusetts, taking new clients. I specialize in ADHD, anger management, depression, anxiety, and family relationships. I have experience working with adolescents, as well as early and latent adults in both individual and couple's sessions. I enjoy using cognitive behavior therapy and solution focused techniques, peppered with humor, real life applications, and an open mind.
