My ideal client knows why they are in therapy. They can verbalize the need for change and are not afraid to ask for help. My ideal client comes into each session ready to do the work, yet prepared for how tough it may be. My ideal client is vulnerable, yet strong; and knowledgeable, yet willing to listen. I strive to encourage you to be your best self, by gently challenging you, helping you get unstuck, and creating room for us to pinpoint your growth areas. I am excited for you to be better. I am passionate about not only providing relevant + person-centered care to all populations, but de-stigmatizing what therapy is and bringing about awareness of its importance in correlation to our physical health.
