Welcome! My name is Jasdeep Brar, I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker & am honored to be a part of the compassionate team here at Transcendence Psychological Services. As a Fresno native, I have a profound appreciation for our vibrant community, and I find great fulfillment in working with individuals of all ages & backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy & inclusivity. I am dedicated to serving all marginalized groups, including people of color (POC), LGBTQ+ individuals, & the veteran population. Your unique experiences, perspectives, & identities are deeply valued and respected within our therapeutic space. I employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various challenges. I am well-versed in CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic & Systems Therapy, and Conflict Theory.
