I believe an ideal client may not exist however a client that is open and curious about themselves and as they embark on this journey it would lead them to learn, unlearn, identify, recognize and increase their self awareness. A client that would like a safe space to be able to unfold in their story. Their goals are rooted in wanting meaningful progress: whether that means improving their mindset, advancing their career or business, creating healthier habits, or finally stepping into the version of themselves they know they can be. What they want most is transformation, not just information. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adult attachment challenges, and inner-child healing. My work is rooted in the understanding that early childhood experiences shape our internal blueprint; however, with self-awareness and compassionate therapeutic support, those patterns can be explored, healed, and transformation.
