I specialize in working with individuals from immigrant, first-generation, and multicultural backgrounds, recognizing that culture can significantly influence our mental health and overall life experiences. My focus areas include working through intergenerational trauma, navigating complex family dynamics, and supporting those trying to break out of harmful cycles. I also enjoy helping clients through life changes or transitions, relationships, attachment issues, challenges with self-esteem, and anxiety and trauma disorders.
