I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual trauma, and couples navigating issues such as disconnection, infidelity, and relational stress. I believe every client brings a unique story, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are. As a Punjabi American therapist, I understand the challenges of balancing cultural expectations, societal pressures, and mental health—particularly within communities where stigma may exist. This perspective allows me to offer therapy that is culturally attuned and grounded in empathy.
