My name is Jasmin Carnelus, I am a LMFT. I specialize in issues related to depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and I work collaboratively with clients while they are on their unique journey of growth and self-discovery. As an LMFT, I look at how individuals function within the systems around them and how those systems shape a person’s life and behavior. In addition to a client-centered approach, I believe thoughts can greatly impact behavior, and I explore those things in therapy.
