I believe we all have the power, the right, and the ability to be the narrators of our own stories. I know that true growth can transpire when we understand that one’s story is not done being written and actively choose to take control of its direction. Fascinated by the intersection of art and healing, I utilize a variety of tools in sessions, including writing, different mediums of art, somatic experiencing, and talk therapies.
