Hi, I’m Jasmine — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and EMDR-trained therapist who is passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults (ages 8–26) as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, exploring your racial or sexual identity, or learning how to manage ADHD, I offer a safe, affirming space to process and grow. I bring a down-to-earth, compassionate, and sometimes humorous approach to therapy, because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy all the time. My heart is especially in helping young people make sense of who they are, where they’ve been, and where they’re going. I believe in the power of support and guidance to help each person flourish.
