Do you have struggles conveying your emotions effectively? Hello, my name is Jasmine Broadnax, LCSW. Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals of various age groups and families who have encountered difficulty related to Neurodivergent complexities, trauma, Obsessive Compulsion Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and more. Certified in Trauma and Resilience (CTRC) and EMDR trained. My job is to help you overcome negative habits, achieve new goals, and implement change. Allow me to offer you support and empower you with techniques to break old pattern and develop new healthy skills. Together we will collaborate and identify the core concerns and behaviors that you would like to see change. We would then schedule a follow up for the second session that would involve you and I collectively creating goals and objectives that you would like to work towards.
