My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, whether they’re a child building social-emotional skills, a teen navigating identity and friendships, or an adult managing anxiety, life transitions, grief, depression, ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent experiences,. They want to feel heard, supported, and empowered. They’re seeking a safe space to understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and create a life that feels calmer and more authentic. I also am going to run Social Sparks a Social Skills Group for neurodivergent kids starting 02/05/2026 View 6 Photos As an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), I support neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and SEL needs. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, play therapy, and expressive arts to build coping skills, confidence, and emotional balance.
