Most psychotherapy approaches do not lead to liberation. They assist in working on an illusory self, yet suffering and dis-ease is linked to this self. The present moment is empty and luminous, an eternal flow state bursting with awe. We can feel cut off from vivid lived experience when we are mind-identified and stuck in the thought world. Noise from the false self is loud and exhausting. We will address unfinished business, integrate the shadow, make the unconscious obsolete as all is invited into conscious awareness, and set our own selves free.
