Welcome to P.A.M. Counseling, LLC! P.A.M. stands for peace and mindfulness, in honor of my late mother who struggled silently with mental illness her entire life. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University. Immediately after, I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have obtained multiple certificates, which include but are not limited to: Trauma-Focused CBT, Clinical Supervision, Telemental Health, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. When I am not working, I am spending time with my daughters, traveling, and enjoying new experiences with my family.
