I have experience supporting a diverse population with varying mental health needs including: anxiety, depression, crisis management, ADHD, addiction, ODD, and more. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their families. I am deeply passionate about addressing childhood needs and have trained in Child Centered Play Therapy to work with children as young as 3 years old. Additionally, I work with people of all ages to address systemic and individual trauma.
