Hello and Welcome! My approach to therapy begins with motivating my clients to be able to reach a more positive and balanced state while utilizing mindfulness strategies. I am a passionate and dedicated counselor who provides my clients with the skills and tools to fully understand their emotional processes. I currently work with children, adolescents and adults who are in need of finding coping strategies and resources in order to allow each individual and family to grow, learn, and cope with their hardships. I believe in self-compassion and allowing others to find that within themselves to reach a more balanced mental state
