I specialize in working with individuals who want to break generational cycles, navigate relationship patterns, and explore sexuality and identity in an affirming and grounded way. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed by intimacy, conflict, or emotional closeness, or noticing how family-of-origin patterns continue to show up in their current relationships. Others are navigating questions around desire, identity, or sexuality, including LGBTQ+ experiences, and want a therapist who can meet them with warmth, honesty and sometimes even humor!
