Hello! I am so glad you are here. I understand it can be difficult to reach out for mental health, especially for the first time. That’s why building a trusting connection is always my top priority. My goal is to create a space where individuals can process all aspects of themselves with sense of safety. When we work together, we will focus primarily on cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy, with the addition of strength-based practice, trauma informed care, and narrative therapy.
