From understanding who you are & what your purpose is, it can be hard to find a sense of calm amidst all the noise. With warmth, connection, & genuine care, I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space for my clients to experience emotional growth and build the resilience needed to face our chaotic world. In my career, I have spent the last decade working with children, adolescents, & adults in the nonprofit sector and have helped numerous families through life’s most challenging seasons.
