My counseling style is grounded in person-centered theory and a trauma-informed approach. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal, and it is my goal to support others in discovering the guidance they have within themselves. My practice focuses on helping others build self-awareness by deepening their understanding of what motivates change and by embracing their strengths as part of the healing process.
