I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about supporting individuals who are struggling with relationships, emotional regulation, and improving their communication skills. I work with young adults, couples and families to identify and address the root causes of emotional or mental distress, while fostering a safe and supportive environment where we can explore difficult emotions, past experiences, and unhelpful patterns. I am trauma-informed and can help clients that are seeking trauma-informed care, and I'm a great fit for clients that are new to therapy or are looking for more goal-oriented sessions.
