Are you overwhelmed with navigating through life's obstacles? Are you in a toxic relationship, experiencing depression, and/or anxiety? Is your child having behavioral problems at home or school? As a licensed therapist, I provide a warm, caring, and non-judgmental atmosphere that allows youth and adults to access skills to reach their personal and familial/parental goals. I have experience providing play therapy for childcare aged children, school based therapy for children and adolescents in elementary through high school, group therapy for adolescents responding to chronic stress, individual and family therapy to preserve and/or reunify families, and non-medical counseling support to military children and families.
