Hi! If you are considering therapy, my motto is that client is the expert of his/her/their life, and the therapist is the coach. I am here to support you, be a listening ear and guide you through whatever situation, transition, or problem that could be troubling you right now. Therapy is not just for deeply systemic issues. Therapy can also be used an additional resource for growth. Life is about love, building and establish relationships, outcomes, experiences and challenges. I strive to create a warm, solution-focused, goal-oriented, Together, as a team, we can create goals needed to create realistic results. I use a variety of interventions tailored to the needs of my potential clients. My specialties is CBT, Person-centered, Solution Focused.
