Have you ever done talk therapy and felt like it just didn’t work or that it only scratched the surface of what you’re truly experiencing? Many of my clients come to me feeling confused about why they keep ending up in the same relationship patterns despite their best efforts to change. I specialize in working with individuals who have engaged in talk therapy in the past but are ready for a different approach. As a collaborative therapist, my goal is to work with you, not for you. I approach my work holistically, focusing on the mind-body connection. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). EMDR is an evidence-based technique used to reduce triggers brought on by painful events. IFS is an evidenced-based therapeutic approach used to foster self-awareness and self-acceptance.
