Choosing to seek support is a meaningful step, and I'm glad you're here. Navigating feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, or the impact of past trauma can feel overwhelming when you're carrying it alone. My goal is to create a safe space where you can process your experiences, explore the wounds behind them, and begin to work towards making meaningful change. I am a bilingual therapist with experience supporting adults who have endured past trauma related to domestic violence, sexual assault, and harassment. I have a strong background working with individuals in the Latino/a community and the unique challenges that arise within those experiences.
