I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 8 years of experience working with adults, parents, children and families. I want to normalize addressing mental health needs, particularly in BIPOC communities. Life doesn’t need to be in turmoil to seek out therapy. I lead with curiosity to identify personal values, in order to establish a strong therapeutic alliance. I pull from attachment theory and family systems theory recognizing that humans are hardwired for connection. I understand how unaddressed attachment wounds can impact one's functioning. I aim to provide a safe and affirming space to explore preferred self.
