Tiny humans come with big emotions. As a parent, it can feel daunting to be mindful of your emotions as well as the big emotions of your little one. Fortunately, this task does not have to be done alone. Not only would I be honored to support the mental well-being of tiny humans, but also to support teens and adults looking to heal their inner child, racial traumas, or simply process life events that may be causing them distress. I believe that treatment is not cookie cutter. I take pride in providing culturally competent treatment to the children and families that I work with. I take a client centered approach while using CBT, play therapy, and attachment based theories. I want to ensure that you and your child are always at the center of your care.
