Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what you’re feeling and carrying. I offer a warm, supportive space where emotions and body awareness can be explored at your own pace. My work is informed by the understanding that many struggles are shaped by early experiences, family patterns, and cultural pressures. I support healing that is compassionate, grounded, and practical. I also work with clients who are participating in psychedelic- or ketamine-assisted therapy, providing a safe space for integration. I practice under the clinical supervision of Lynda Battaglia, LCSW.
