I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals facing anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. I am trained in EMDR therapy and happy to offer this effective, evidence-based treatment to people yearning to move past their trauma and re-claim their agency and personal power. My mission is to create a safe and affirming space where clients can open up, heal and build a happier, healthier life.
