I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and Washington, and an Alcohol & Drug Counselor in MN. I have over 9 years of experience as a clinician. I work with individuals, couples, pilots and first responders to navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, first responder stress, addictions, sexual concerns, and relationship issues. My approach is compassionate and tailored to your needs. I’m trained in EMDR and a variety of evidence-based techniques, and I’m a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Clinician.
