I am happy to partner with adult clients of all walks of life to identify, work towards, and achieve their mental health goals. However, I believe I am especially well-suited to work with men and young adults. I am able to help clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns, but am particularly experienced working with clients on issues that involve trauma, problematic substance use, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, and ADHD. I am also trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and am happy to do integration work with clients at Sagent who are interested.
