I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience in behavioral health. I specialize in helping people with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, domestic violence, grief and loss, trauma, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. I have worked in community mental health settings, private practice, and crisis call centers. Over the years, I have supported clients and colleagues in crisis as a counselor, coach, and manager. I continue my advanced graduate education with a focus on psychological autopsy and suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention.
