Somethings can be so sensitive or difficult we cannot talk to those who are involved. Maybe we need to discuss issues with those we are closest to us but can't or don't know how without causing conflict. At times we need someone who will listen judgment free. Relationships (self and with others) become “complicated” and impact our ability to function in our lives and cause distress and/or dysfunction often leading to poor coping and adapting skills, leading to depression, anxiety, suicide idealization, etc. Our sessions end organically. Our focus is on you and not arbitrary time restraints. We also offer 24 hour emergency support.
