We live in a fast paced world with many pressures and it is often easy to let this stressful world get the best of us. We forget to take care of ourselves, and before we know it we are experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, and many other issues. If left untreated these ailments can spiral out of control and leave us feeling overwhelmed, helpless and hopeless. For the past 22 years I have been helping people overcome some of the issues stated above. I have expanded my practice to help young adults, adults, and parents get back to life. I have experience helping individuals suffering with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, and other ailments that can be immobilizing.
