I see therapy as a beautiful and collaborative relationship that can serve as a safe space for you to explore your inner and outer worlds. I work with individuals of all ages and specialize around issues of depression and low self-esteem. I place an emphasis on developing self-compassion through the therapeutic process. My work with children involves play therapy and a focus on the parent-child relationship. Life has a way of making us feel stuck or worn down, and therapy can offer a space to sit with that pain, explore its roots, and move forward with renewed clarity and strength.
