In my practice, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and couples. I have fifteen years of experience working with middle school and high school students including student athletes, students in the creative arts, and students at all levels of academic functioning, including those with learning differences (such as ADD or on the autism spectrum). I work with couples to enhance their communication and connection, with a particular focus on supporting parents in navigating the changes, challenges, and unique aspects of each chapter of parenthood.
