Having worked with a variety of individuals from children, to adolescents and adults, I have been able to assist others in their growth through deep psychological distress and pain. Working with a person centered mindfulness based approach I am skilled at helping individuals and families address anxiety, depression, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, loss of loved ones, addiction, divorce, and phase of life transitions. General public with non-psychotic/non-psychosis based diagnosis are generally the population that I address.
